How do Asian Pacific Business Centres differ from their competitors?
Asian Pacific Business Centre clients are very impressed with the attention to detail and the impeccable service provided. The clients believe Asian Pacific Business Centres differ to their competitors for the following main reasons:

- The flexibility for each business to move throughout the building depending on the growth stage of their company, whether it be a small serviced office for 1-2 persons, a larger office on a long term lease or a whole floor, Asian Pacific Business Centre offers room to grow as your business grows.
Do you rent out office space on a daily or weekly basis?
Yes, Daily offices can be leased provided cash is paid or credit card. There is also the Meeting and Boardrooms available on an hourly, daily, weekly basis.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We prefer six or twelve month licences, however monthly is the minimum. There is no negotiation on rental and or services for a monthly licence.
How much notice do I have to give to leave?
One month's written notice prior to the expiry of the licence agreement.
Can I bring extra furniture in?
Asian Pacific Business Centres can assist clients with hiring of furniture at a reasonable monthly rate.
What is provided with the Telephone answering?
Included in the rental is answering of the phone in the company name on busy/no answer (when the client is not in the office or the line is busy) calls are then dealt with as per the clients instructions (to voice mail or another number).
Telephone screening is available for $132 per month. All calls answered at Reception as per the client's instructions and then announced to the client or forwarded as per the clients instructions.
What do I need to do to move in?
To secure the tenancy, the following is required:
- Signed licence agreement
- One months rent in advance
- A credit check will be completed by Asian Pacific
- One months rent to be held as security deposit
- Key deposit of $100 per set (one suite key, one office key and one swipe card)
(Deposits are fully refundable at the end of the tenancy provided that all keys are returned and outstanding accounts paid in full).
How are phone calls billed?
All outgoing calls are billed on the end of month invoice. The costs are flat for local and per minute for Interstate and Overseas.
Can I put signage on my door / suite?
Individual offices cannot have signage on the door. Signage quotes for the Suite door can be arranged by Corporate Management. Only approved signage can be displayed.
