1. What is a Virtual Office?

A Virtual Office with Asian Pacific Serviced Offices allows you to portray the professional image your business deserves with an impressive address, mail services, telephone and fax number and telephone answering service all from the comfort of your home, interstate or offsite office. A Virtual office is ideal for those who have a start-up business, travel frequently or operate an offsite office however who do not require the physical office space.

2. How do I sign up for a Virtual Office?

3. Which packages allow me to use an address for my website, business cards and letterhead?

First Class, Premium Saver, Economy Class & Economy Saver Plus packages will allow you to advertise an address.

There are a number of address locations to choose from including:

4. Which packages include mail handling and forwarding? Which post items are included in the mail forwarding?

First Class and Economy Class packages have unlimited forwarding of standard domestic mail. Premium Saver and Economy Saver Plus packages includes handling and forwarding of 5 standard domestic letters per month.

Standard domestic mail forwarding includes items being redirected free of charge to your nominated address, nationwide. Postage, labels and staff time are included in the service at no additional cost.

You have the choice of having larger packages, courier deliveries and international mail delivered to your nominated address (at an additional cost) or you may wish to personally collect your items from the Business Centre.

5. Can I book meeting rooms and boardrooms at all 9 Melbourne locations as well as in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide & Perth?

Yes, you can!

You can hold your interviews, board or meeting room seminars or conferences at any of our 7 impressive locations throughout Melbourne or at our Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide & Perth locations. Our versatile boardrooms are fully equipped with the latest in hi-tech facilities including video teleconferencing, plasma TV and data projector. Corporate catering at an affordable price can also be arranged by our dedicated staff.

First Class, Business Class and Economy Class Virtual Office clients are entitled to 15% off meeting rooms and boardrooms at any of our 8 Melbourne & Adelaide Business Centre locations!

6. If I choose a package with telephone answering, who will be answering my calls?

Our professional, friendly and highly trained receptionists are ready to answer your calls on a casual or permanent basis so that you can ensure no business opportunities are missed. The telephone answering and paging service ensures your calls will be answered in your chosen greeting, transferred to your mobile/landline/voicemail and messages will be emailed or sent via sms.

Regular, 1300 & 1800 numbers are available as well as a dedicated fax line with diversion.

Our staff become your staff in being on call to assist you with all of your secretarial and administration requirements. We offer a range of business services and facilities including laser printing and photocopying, fax services, laminating and binding.

7. Which packages offer a free gym membership?

First Class, Business Class, Economy Class offer a free gym membership.

Gyms are located on site at all Melbourne locations. Pool and sauna access is available for Virtual Office clients at 215 Bell Street / 84 Hotham Street, Preston and 480 Collins Street, Melbourne.

Pool and gym access is also available at The Watson, Adelaide.

8. How long do I have to sign up for?

You can sign up monthly or take advantage of our discounts when sign up for a longer term of 12, 24, 36 months or longer.

9. Can I upgrade at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade to another Virtual Office package or to a Serviced Office at any time throughout your term, without penalty of course.

10. If I have a friend or colleague that wants to use your services, is there a referral incentive fee on offer?
